Obituary

Mukoyama,
Marshall Hirofumi Mukoyama, born Oct. 5, 1937 in Chicago,
passed away peacefully in his home on Nov. 15th, 2008.
Beloved husband of Lisa Mukoyama,
Brother of Howard, Wesley and Teruyoshi, and uncle and grand-uncle
to numerous nephews and nieces. Lived with relatives in Kofu, Japan from the
ages of 3 to 10. U.S. Army Veteran. A devout member of Lakeside Church
of Chicago.
Visitation Nov. 21st Friday 7 pm to 9 pm at Lakeview Funeral Home

Lying in state Nov. 22nd, Saturday at Lakeside Church of Chicago,
3939 W Howard, Skokie, Il. 60076 from 9 am until funeral service at 10 am.
Interment following at Montrose Cemetery, 5400 N Pulaski Rd. Chicago, Il 60630.
