Beloved husband of Yatsue.
Loving father of
Joan (Geoff) Smith, Doreen (Daniel) Guzman and Roy Iwatake.
Dear brother of
Nobuaki (Emiko) Iwatake, Minoru (Janice) Iwatake and Mieko (Ted) Kusuyama.
Devoted grandfather of Connor, Colin and Jennifer.

To Yatsue, Joan, Doreen, & Roy Iwatake.....
It sadden us to hear the sudden death of Steve. He was kind to Sean and as a fellow soldier and a veteran, I
salute him for his services to his country. As a Japanese, I say weep not.
For there will be a living host on another coast, who beckon and cry, "All Hail, Susumu is here". It will be his father and his mother and all the Iwatakes that have gone before him. And there, he will wait for his family at their life's end and the reunion. Stay well everyone.......Bill & Sean Noda.
