Obituary

Woodrow F. Chartrand was born August 1, 1942. He was raised on the Northside of Chicago and graduated from Northwestern University. The last 38 years he worked for Carolyn Corporation as the Director of Marketing.

He is survived by two children Woody Jr., Daniel, grandson Woody (Little Woody), granddaughters Elizabeth Walton, Denise Whiteside (10 great grandchildren), Desiree Chartrand as well as two sisters Darlene and Marlene. Woody has a host of nieces, nephews, family and close friends.

Woody enjoyed watching the Cubs and Chicago Bears. He was a devoted son who took care of his parents (who are now deceased), as well as his two sons and raised his grandson Little Woody.

Woodrow F. Chartrand (Woody) passed away Friday morning, February 16, 2018, at Northwestern Hospital. Memorial services will be held on Saturday February 24, 2018 from 2pm until 6pm at The Lakeview Funeral Home, located at 1458 W. Belmont, Chicago, IL.
