Anne Motomi Asato

Anne Motomi Asato, born in Hawaii and raised in Okinawa, passed away peacefully in Torrance, CA on October 9, 2017. She spent most of her life in Chicago raising her family and operating several restaurants together with her husband.
She is preceded in death by her late husband, Noboru Asato. She is survived by her loving daughter, Linda H. Asato and the late Glenn H. (Anne) Asato; her grandchildren, Mark and Sara Asato; and several sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces and nephews. Dear sister of the late Takemasa, Masakichi and
Mac Gima.
Upon retiring she traveled to many countries and was active in the Chicago Okinawa Kenjinkai enjoying music and dancing. She will be missed by many.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 4th, 2017 at
Lakeview Funeral Home, 1458 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago, IL 60657
Burial will be private at Montrose Cemetery.
