Juana Hernandez of Chicago, Illinois passed away at the age 82 surrounded by her loving family at Swedish Covenant Hospital. She was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala. Juana was married to her late husband, Eliodoro Osoy Hernandez. Dear mother of Maria Isabel, Emilia, Rosa, Enrique and Julio Hernandez. Beloved grandmother and great grandmother to many. She was a very active member of the church of Nazarene. Visitation will be at Lakeview Funeral Home located at 1458 W Belmont, Chicago from 4:00-9:00 pm on Saturday, June 10, 2017.
