Setsue Tando (Nee Higashi), 88, wife of the late Isamu Tando passed away peacefully March 25, 2017. She is survived by 2 sisters, Miyono and Kimie; a brother, Sueo; a son, Norman (Francine); 2 grandchildren, Scott and Jennifer (Alex) and 2 Great Grandchildren, Kayla and Annabelle.
