Jeffrey H. Mash, age 69, of Chicago died December 1, 2016 surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Ilene Mash; cherished father of Kim (Steve) Lutz and Laura (Robert) Sagami; adored grandfather of Casey and Evan Lutz, Matthew, Isabel and Samantha Sagami; loved brother of Larry (Jill) Mash. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Lakeview Funeral Home, 1458 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago, IL 60657, 773-472-6300. Shiva immediately following until 8 p.m. at 1 E. Schiller, Apartment 6B, Chicago, IL 60610. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jeffrey’s name may be made to a charity of your choice.
