Bertha Mae Bland, 91, of Chicago died Nov. 23, 2016. Caring Mother of Judith A. Hall (nee Bland), Kenneth Bland, and Joyce A. Drake (nee Bland). She was also a grandmother and great grandmother. She worked as a clerk and was employed by the City of Chicago for more than ten years before her retirement. Visitation from 4-9 PM on Tues., Nov. 29 at Lakeview Funeral Home, 1458 W.
