Violet Chizuko Mizuki
Violet Mizuki, 89, passed away Wednesday, August 5 2015 at her family home with her family by her side. Violet was born January 26, 1927, in Florin, California, to Yonemitsu and Hatsuko Ogata. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy; son-in-law, Greg; granddaughters, Chizu and Misa (Adrian); brothers, Masa, Kent, and Chuck; and her sisters, Arlene, Toshi, and Shirley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nob; brother, Mitsu; and sister Yone. Visitation will be Sunday, August 16 at 1:00pm and memorial services starting at 2:00pm at Midwest Buddhist Temple 435 W. Menomonee St., Chicago, IL 60614.
