Obituary

Susann Marie Deem died at Swedish Covenant Hospital on Monday, September 30, 2013 at the age of 54. She was born March 4, 1959 in San Diego, California and moved to Chicago, IL with her then boyfriend Thomas Michael Eller in the mid-70’s. Together they had two children John Thomas “Tommy” (Carolyn) and Joseph
David who passed away as a baby. She adored her two grandsons Richard Thomas and John Grayson Eller. Sue worked many years as a waitress / Bartender
and loved every minute of it. She is loved and will be missed not just by her family but by the many friends that came into her life through her career path. A Memorial Service will be at Lakeview Funeral Home, 1458 W. Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60657 on Thursday, October 3rd from 3 – 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations towards her funeral costs may be made to John Eller, 408 Ferndale Drive, Round Lake Beach, IL 60073.
