Ms. Ann Lynette Manley, age 64, a long time resident of Chicago, IL. passed away on April 1, 2013. She is the daughter of the late Azel Manley of East St. Louis, IL and the late Velores Brooks Manley of East St. Louis and Chicago, IL.
