Dear Mr. Hartt,

I only wrote to Phyllis once a year, at Christmas, so I didn’t realize she passed away (I sent a Christmas card, and when I didn’t hear back, I went online and saw the sad news). I am so sorry for your loss. I was a client of Phyllis’s for about 12 years when she was a therapist. I left her in early 1998.

She was a huge help to me. I will always be thankful for her excellent skill and dedication to her work.

Again, I am so sorry for your loss. I will carry Phyllis in my heart always.

Best wishes,

Maureen
